Hunter Biden is in the news again.
$49,910 would seem like a vague number to most people. Not $50,000. Not even $49,000.
And yet, it keeps cropping up in the bizarre financial records of Hunter Biden in connection with his father, Joe Biden.
First, 49,500 is the amount Hunter Biden allegedly paid to rent a home from his father.
It is also, strangely, the exact amount he paid for a deposit on an office in the House of Sweden, a D.C.-based office complex. An office he shared with the infamous CEFC China Energy.
Hunter’s rent is noted on a “background screening request” found in the “laptop from hell uncovered by Miranda Devine. Hunter began listing the Wilmington home as his address following his 2017 divorce from his ex-wife Kathleen Buhle. It shows the amount he paid to rent his father, Joe Biden’s, home in Wilmington, Delaware, from March 2017 to February 2018. The amount stated is 49,500.

An interesting side note is that Hunter lists himself as the owner of the home, not his father.
And then there’s the deposit on the DC office.
Breitbart reports that on October 13, 2017, Cecilia Browning, the general manager of House of Sweden, an office complex in Washington, DC, sent an email to Hunter about a lease that Hunter and his Chinese business partners were trying to terminate.
Browning specifies that the amount of the deposit for the office space would be returned to Hunter upon signing a lease termination document. The amount in question… $49,910.
A strange coincidence?
Maybe.
Hunter Biden’s Rent Nearly Matches Up Hmm….
🚨BREAKING: Expense reports from Hunter Biden’s company that was paid by Chinese Communist Party entities show $49,910 spent on “rent.”

Stranger still is the fact that Joe Biden’s 2017 tax return on Schedule E only lists $19,800 in “rents received,” and in 2018, Biden documented no rent received.
Another strange anomaly?
As with everything “Biden” we have more questions than answers.
Who really owns the Delaware home where classified documents were found in the garage?
Was Joe Biden receiving rent payments from his son of 49,910, and if so, why was that money not listed on his taxes?
If Hunter was paying almost $50,000 in rent, where did the money come from? Remember, this was at the time when Hunter was an admitted drug addict and had just left his wife for his sister-in-law.
Is there a connection between Hunter’s rent payments to his dad and the office shared with his Chinese partners?
The web of the Biden finances just gets more and more tangled.
