In the recent weeks following the late HMTQ Elizabeth II’s death and a release of Prince Harry’s new book called “Spare,” ratings for the Prince and Princess of Wales have gone up while ratings for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex hit near the bottom of the totem pole.
From his book, here we have many assumptions from one-sided perspectives as to why they left the Royal family in England and demand to reap the benefits in which they have titles we do not use here in America. It’s not just the titles they are using for their own benefits, it is how they present themselves to the public and how they are spewing family private matters in a book which should be discussed behind closed doors.
Harry’s Background:
Born Henry Albert David in 1984 to the late Diana, Princess of Wales and Prince Charles (now King Charles III), he was third in line to the British throne at the time of his birth. When Prince George was born in 2013, he no longer was the spare as because he moved on further down the line of succession. Their mother, Diana, Princess of Wales died in a car accident in August 1997.
Harry Before Marriage to Meghan:
He was a happy bachelor, getting along with his sister-in-law, Catherine and brother, William. They worked on a mental health campaign together in honor of their late mother, Diana. And in honor of others who have lost loved ones due to mental health issues in which they were afraid to receive. He worked on Invictus games for wounded military veterans.
After Harry & Meghan’s Marriage:
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got married in May 2018 at St. George’s Chapel and moved from the UK to Canada in 2020. In 2021, they all moved to California in which he said he doesn’t intend to move away from the state. The infamous Oprah interview happened in February 2021 when his grandfather, the late Philip, Duke of Edinburgh was hospitalized. The controversial issue of the interview begun, and newer issues happened after the death of the late HMTQ Elizabeth II in September 2022 along with his then-upcoming book “Spare” which created a lot more chaos between him and his brother, William, Prince of Wales once it was released.
In conclusion, Harry has a lot of reconciliation that needs to be worked on, privately and he should apologize for his comments for calling the U.S. Constitution “bonkers.” Our Constitution provides us with the right to speak freely, to bear arms when in harm’s way, to live whichever lifestyle we prefer and to protect beloved friends and family members.
